When Erthed require an extra set of skills for project work you will find us delving into, what we term 'Developing Creative Communities' for 'Developing Design Talent'. Traditionally low employability categories, i.e. academia, retirees, down-shifters, this allows sustainable growth through knowledge and skills use and development.
